My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the room was clean and had all the amenities needed, the strong mold smell forced us to change rooms in the middle of the night. The service was lacking friendliness and customer care, focusing more on phone calls than immediate assistance. The location was convenient for a short stay near the airport but lacked proximity to town attractions. The dining options were limited, with some disappointments in the food quality.

The hotel was warm and cozy, making me wish I had stayed here instead of a previous hotel in Texas for 10 nights. It was a dream after a long day, though I found a wrapper under the bedding skirt. The room had several decent channels, a microwave, mini-fridge with freezer, desk, adequate number of outlets, a roomy dresser, two nightstands each with its drawer, plenty of working lamps, two large mirrors, a footstool doubling as an extra chair, and a comfy upholstered chair that our little chihuahua loved during our stay.

The hotel had nice and big rooms with double queens, clean and ready when we arrived; however, the service was not customer-friendly. The location was very close to the airport and convenient, but lacked nearby amenities like restaurants. The dining experience was not satisfactory with limited options, and the facilities were basic without anything exceptional.
